CxC pricing is based on seat types — you pay for what each person actually uses, not a flat rate for everyone. Your monthly bill is calculated based on the number and type of seats active in your workspace at the time of billing.
Seat types:
Chat — $5/user/month
For admins, managers, dispatchers, and anyone who needs communication and job visibility without recording. Includes job channels, direct messages, public and private channels, file sharing, and full job history.
Chat + Recording — $25/user/month
For technicians and CSRs who record jobs and need AI insights. Includes everything in Chat plus field recording, automatic transcription, AI summaries, and bot access.
What determines your bill:
The number of active seats in your workspace
The seat type assigned to each user
Any mid-cycle additions or removals, which are prorated automatically
There are no contracts and no minimums. You can start with one user and scale up or down at any time.
