A workspace is your company's dedicated environment inside CxC. Everything your team does lives here — job channels, conversations, recordings, settings, and billing. It's completely separate from any other company's workspace.

Your CRM integration and settings
Your billing and subscription
Your company name, logo, and preferences
Workspace isolation:
Each workspace is fully independent. Data from one workspace never appears in another. If you manage multiple locations or companies, create a separate workspace for each one — they run independently with their own billing, settings, and team members.
Team members can belong to multiple workspaces with different roles in each. A technician at two locations can switch between both workspaces from the same login.
