CxC calls are built for communication between your team members inside the platform. Call a manager, a dispatcher, or a teammate directly from CxC without leaving the app or using a personal number.

Calls can be recorded. Once the call ends, you can manually trigger transcription to generate a full transcript of the conversation. The transcript is tied to the call and accessible after it ends — useful for reviewing what was discussed, sharing context with someone who wasn't on the call, or keeping a record of coaching conversations.
CxC calls are best for:
Quick check-ins between office and field
Manager-to-tech coaching conversations mid-job
Anything that would otherwise be a personal phone call between team members
Calls can be initiated from a user's profile or directly from a job channel.

Example: Manager calls a tech during a job
A tech is on-site with a customer and messages their manager in the job chat — the customer is asking about a replacement and the tech isn't sure how to frame the options. The manager jumps on a quick CxC call directly from the job channel, coaches the tech through the approach, and hangs up. The call is recorded and transcribed automatically, so there's a clear record of the guidance given — and the tech can reference it later if needed.
